At Kersten Hulpmiddelen, everything revolves around people. As a Field Service Technician / Service Technician, you ensure that clients can continue to move safely and independently. Thanks to your technical craftsmanship and personal approach, aids remain reliable and ready for use.

You work in the Waalwijk region and are on the road daily to clients to make the difference there - with attention, care, and quality.

What you'll do

In this varied field service role, you combine technology with customer contact.

You maintain and repair personal aids at the clients' locations
You inspect and assess the technical condition of aids
You perform repairs and adjustments within the established standard time
You register your activities and used materials digitally
You advise clients and colleagues on the use and maintenance of aids
You identify areas for improvement and think along with solutions
You participate periodically in the on-call service
