Within VolkerWessels Materieel & Onderhoud (VWMO), we maintain the equipment of various operating companies within VolkerWessels. Our machine fleet is very diverse: from small tools such as plate compactors to large cranes and infrastructure equipment. More and more of our equipment is becoming electric, and we are therefore working towards an increasingly sustainable machine fleet.

Your job
As a mechanic, you have a varied job. You maintain, inspect, and repair various pieces of equipment and vehicles. Is there a malfunction? Then you investigate what is happening and resolve it. In this way, you ensure that the equipment can be used safely again quickly.

You also convert equipment and perform checks and tests. Additionally, you carry out inspections and verifications. You work accurately and ensure that everything works safely, reliably, and well.
You work together with a team of 15 enthusiastic and expert colleagues. Together, you look at how the equipment can become smarter, safer, and more sustainable. In doing so, you are given the space to think along, develop yourself, and learn from your colleagues.

You are enthusiastic, practically minded, and take on work independently. Working safely is always your top priority. You work accurately and remain calm when it is busy.
