Electrical & Mechanical Technician

As a Technical Service Electrical & Mechanical Technician, you will work in our advanced distribution center in Heteren. You are an important link within a modern, fully mechanized, and largely automated environment.
In addition, you will be given the space and responsibility to optimally utilize your technical expertise.

Within the Technical Service, we strive for the optimal functioning of our installations. We achieve this by adequately supporting the operation, providing appropriate technical advice, and applying our knowledge effectively. We have an eye on the future, remain in continuous contact with our stakeholders, and communicate transparently, both internally and externally.

Without your craftsmanship, the supply to our Kruidvat and Trekpleister stores will come to a standstill.

Your work is varied, technically challenging, and requires a combination of electrotechnical and mechanical skills. You have the responsibility to resolve malfunctions quickly and professionally and to keep our systems in top condition. You will work on, among other things:

• Electrotechnical and mechanical activities: from sensors and control systems to motors, conveyor belts, and complex mechanical structures.
• Analyzing & resolving malfunctions: sometimes directly visible, sometimes hidden deep within the system. You dive in, make connections, and come up with a structural solution.
• Sparring and collaborating with fellow specialists within the technical service, whereby you demonstrate ownership of your activities and contribute to the collective result.
• Improvements and innovation: you actively think along about sustainable solutions, process improvements, and innovations to our installations.

• A salary of up to € 5,370 gross per month based on a 30-hour work week (including a 7.5% ATV allowance and 31% shift allowance).
