Product Owner Web

• Determining and communicating the vision and roadmap for Web and setting priorities based on customer and business value.
• Building an effective way of working within the new Web team.
• Investigating ideas, wishes, and technical possibilities and critically questioning the added value.
• Connecting Marketing, Merchandise, Compliance/Legal, and the Product Owners of App and Customer Care & Marketing.
• Bringing improvements from idea to realization, measuring results, and monitoring the balance between innovation, continuous development, and stability.

Millions of customers visit the Kruidvat and Trekpleister websites every day. As Product Owner Web, you determine how we continuously improve their digital customer journey. You are stepping in at a special moment: in early 2027, we will be building a new Web team, including Business Analysts and Testers. You will provide direction to the team and translate customer needs and business objectives into a clear vision, roadmap, and priorities. In doing so, you look beyond just what we are going to build. Above all, you want to understand why something adds value and whether the chosen solution is truly the best one. You do not need to be a developer, but you are curious enough to ask follow-up questions and investigate with the team what is indeed possible. From product presentation and promotions to shopping cart and checkout: your choices are directly visible to millions of customers.
