The role

As Business Engineers, we support clients from various sectors, including financial services, healthcare, and retail, in realizing business transformations in a digital world. We do this by bridging the gap between business and IT. By working closely with fellow consultants, designers, data scientists, and developers from other teams within IG&H, we guide clients from strategy to the implementation of business platforms and IT solutions.

We are looking for someone who:

What you'll do

Is involved in all facets of Business Engineering, such as process design, system design, system architecture, data migration, and testing.
Knows how to translate business requirements into IT solutions and, for example, writes user stories.
Works closely with various (international) IG&H colleagues from different teams.
Works on projects in various sectors such as Retail, Financial Services, and Healthcare.
Is involved in long-term projects of more than 6 months.

Business Engineering is part of our Technology department, which is responsible for implementing technological changes in a digital world. The goal of Business Engineering is to help our clients realize major technological transformation goals. As Business Engineers, we know that the gap between business and IT can only be bridged by diving deep into the content and understanding problems in detail.
