As an Epic consultant, you support healthcare institutions with, among other things, the (re)implementation, optimization, and further development of their EHR, an important link in the digital infrastructure of healthcare. You work with various clients, stakeholders, and healthcare professionals and contribute to more efficient and better healthcare processes.

In this role, you will work on diverse assignments in which your knowledge of Epic and healthcare processes is central. You will be involved in, among other things:

• Analyzing client needs and identifying bottlenecks within Epic environments;

• Translating functional requirements into concrete, workable solutions;

• The (re)implementation and optimization of Epic functionalities that align with daily practice;

• Collaborating with healthcare professionals, project teams, and other stakeholders to achieve results together;

• Contributing to successful optimization trajectories;

• Sharing your knowledge and insights during team sessions, workshops, or knowledge sessions.

Every assignment is different, which requires flexibility and curiosity. You will work at various client locations throughout the Netherlands, sometimes from home, and sometimes at one of our office locations. You will be given the space to organize your work in a way that suits both you and the organization.

You are someone who enjoys making the translation between healthcare processes, technology, and daily practice. You ask the right questions to quickly gain insight into the client's issue, you can structure complex information, and you recognize patterns that you know how to convert into clear analyses and practical solutions within Epic. Additionally, you understand well what colleagues and healthcare professionals need. You translate their wishes and expectations into workable solutions, coordinate in a timely manner, and think along actively, even when customization is required.

In project teams, you are a committed and reliable colleague who knows how to create connection. You communicate clearly, carefully, and persuasively, whether you are conducting a conversation, giving a presentation, drafting instructions, or writing documentation.

Experience & expertise

• You have at least 5 years of demonstrable experience as a consultant, application administrator, or project member in (re)implementations and/or optimizations of Epic, and possess one or more Epic certifications;

• You have good knowledge of healthcare processes and you know how to effectively apply your knowledge of Epic in practice;

• You are service-oriented, decisive, and can take initiative when necessary;

• You are curious, flexible, and motivated to learn and grow in different work environments.

• Good command of both the Dutch and English languages (oral and written).
