You have completed an MBO level 4 education as an Administrator, Business Administrator, or a comparable education
You work accurately and can handle various systems well
You have commercial insight
You can speak to people correctly (by telephone) and send emails in flawless Dutch
You are available for 32 to 40 hours

The role

For our Hedin Automotive location in Hoofddorp, we are looking for a Sales Administration Assistant. Someone who has as much of a heart for cars as we do. Here, we sell, maintain, and repair passenger cars from the beautiful car brand Ford. But what exactly will you do as a Sales Administration Assistant?

What you'll do

As a Sales Administration Assistant, you will work closely with the sales advisors at the locations where we are a Ford dealer. You will guide the administrative processing of sales orders and ensure the purchase of new cars and inventory management. You will also have a lot of contact with brand importers.

This is what you will do

You order new cars from the brand importer
You ensure that the sales advisors are kept informed about stock, delivery times, specifications, and colors of new cars
You monitor the inventory and location management of all cars
You ensure up-to-date and correct sales administration, from sales orders to the correct prices
You have a lot of contact with importers and fellow dealers
