From order to delivery: you maintain the overview. As an Order Processing Clerk, you ensure that vehicles are ordered correctly and on time, contracts are processed accurately, and customers always know where they stand. You switch effortlessly between different tasks, actively think along about process improvements, and know how to deliver quality even when targets must be met. To strengthen our department, we are looking for a new colleague. In this position, together with your colleagues, you are responsible for the entire administrative process surrounding vehicle orders and contracts. From placing orders and monitoring delivery times to processing contractual documents and answering questions from customers and suppliers: you ensure that everything is arranged correctly and promptly.

Thanks to your accurate way of working, eye for detail, and affinity with cars, you contribute to an optimal customer experience. You communicate daily with colleagues, dealers, and other parties, and actively think along about improving processes and systems.

What are you going to do?

• Processing (car) orders to the dealer;

• Working with the correct discounts within the established agreements;

• Following up and processing delivery times;

• Planning inspections for external acquisitions and the processing of these files;

• Answering internal and external questions regarding orders;

• Keeping data, work descriptions, and agreements up to date;

• Identifying and jointly implementing opportunities for process and system improvements.

This role is perfect for you if you are administratively strong, have a good sense of numbers and work accurately, enjoy taking initiative, and can work well independently. Of course, it is nice if you already have experience in a similar position, but this is not a strict requirement.  It is important that you have excellent communication skills and see connections between work processes.
