What will you do?
As a Commercial Inside Sales intern, you will be an important part of the team and will get the chance to gain valuable experience. Under the guidance of experienced colleagues, you will work on the following tasks:

• Answering customer questions, by telephone and via email, regarding business subscriptions.

• Handling simple requests, such as changes to subscriptions and invoice inquiries.

• Entering new subscriptions and renewals into the system.

• Checking and updating customer information in the database.

• Processing cancellations and supporting the preparation of quotes.

• Contacting customers by telephone, for example for the follow-up of quotes.

Through your commitment, you ensure correct and timely processing of customer requests, which contributes to customer satisfaction and the achievement of the department's commercial goals.
