What we're looking for

You have completed at least an MBO 4 education as a (Junior) Account Manager or a comparable education
You have relevant work experience, for example as an Outside Sales Account Manager, Inside Sales Account Manager, Sales Advisor, or a similar position in which you have worked with commercial objectives
You have the necessary knowledge of cars, passenger vans, and commercial vehicles or would like to learn this
You deal with our (potential) customers in a friendly and professional manner and are able to identify their needs and problems and find the right solution for them
You have a professional appearance and can communicate correctly with our customers and colleagues (by telephone) and draft emails, messages, and quotes in flawless Dutch
You are available for at least 40 hours per week

The role

For our MABI Mobility location in Houten, we are looking for an Inside Sales Account Manager Car Rental. Someone who has a heart for cars just like we do. Here, we rent out passenger cars, passenger vans, and delivery vans. But what exactly can you expect from the position of Inside Sales Account Manager Car Rental?

What you'll do

As an Inside Sales Account Manager at MABI Mobility, the car rental company of Hedin Automotive, you are responsible for our business customers throughout the Netherlands. You will work primarily from our head office in Houten and will have contact with customers from there. You manage relationships, advise customers on our car rental services, and ensure optimal service delivery.

You maintain close contact with existing business customers, guarantee their satisfaction, and proactively look for opportunities to generate extra revenue
You are active in recruiting and approaching new customers and convince them of our products and services
You advise (potential) customers and provide them with information regarding the possibilities in the fields of car rental, short lease, and additional MABI Mobility products and services
You negotiate prices and other terms, prepare quotes, and ensure that the agreements made comply with the established guidelines
You keep a sharp eye on developments of our products and services, in the industry, and among our competitors so that you can continue to inform your customers correctly
