As an account manager, you are responsible for maintaining and expanding customer relationships in the region. You understand what our customers need in terms of service, maintenance, and technical solutions and know how to translate this into suitable proposals, long-term contracts, or new collaborations.
You interact extensively with customers, clients, and internal colleagues, and you drive commercial opportunities.
Your tasks and responsibilities

• building and maintaining sustainable customer relationships;

• Identifying commercial opportunities within existing and new contracts;

• Collaborating with colleagues from operations to technically translate customer requests correctly;

• Conducting discussions with clients regarding (maintenance) contracts, improvement proposals, and service concepts;

• Following market developments and responding to customer needs.
