Senior Project Leader Consumer

As Senior Project Leader Consumer, you ensure that strategic developments in the rapidly changing energy market find their way into the daily practice of the Consumer domain. You translate new laws and regulations, market developments, and commercial issues into concrete projects that make an impact on our customers, processes, and results. You investigate what developments mean for Greenchoice, bring the right people together, help sharpen choices, and ensure that plans are actually executed.

You work on complex change trajectories and switch between strategy, decision-making, and execution. Together with colleagues from various disciplines, you bring together insights, customer needs, and data to understand which customer groups we serve and how we steer towards them. You look across domains, create overview, and ensure that decisions land. You will also be given space to signal opportunities, start projects, and help build tomorrow's project approach. You bring structure to new topics, so that stakeholders arrive at sharp, actionable choices.

• You ensure that different stakeholders move in the same direction and work on support for changes that have an impact on the entire Greenchoice chain.

• You work on assignments from the Consumer MT and act as a sparring partner for MT members regarding strategic choices, prioritization, and translation to execution.

• You provide structure to complex issues by organizing interests, preparing choices, and setting out a clear approach with a realistic schedule.

You will become part of the Project and Chain Management team, a diverse team of project leaders who actively seek each other out to share knowledge, discuss challenges, and align the portfolio. Everyone has their own focus area, but you are never alone. We keep each other sharp, help each other where necessary, and because of short lines of communication, we know well what is happening within the organization. In this way, we strengthen each other and together make more impact than alone.

• A gross monthly salary of € 4,426.00 to € 6,323.00 based on a 40-hour work week, excluding 8% holiday allowance.

• An individual choice budget of 8.33% of your gross annual salary, which you can use to make your own choices in your terms of employment. For example, you can have this amount paid out or use it to buy extra days off. You can also donate (part of) the amount to a good cause through our partnership with The Social Handshake.

• A performance-oriented bonus of up to two gross monthly salaries per year.

• 26 vacation days if you work full-time and 8 hours per year to dedicate to volunteer work of your choice.

You are a project leader who brings overview, takes ownership, and helps others move from idea to execution. You feel at home in an environment where interests, dependencies, and developments converge. In doing so, you remain sharp on what is needed to make progress: clear choices, appropriate decision-making, and results in practice.

In addition, you have:

• Knowledge of the energy sector or a proven track record in complex change environments where you quickly master new subject matter.

• Experience with stakeholder management, leveraging data and insights, and translating strategic issues into concrete results.

• Affinity with IT-driven projects and some knowledge of Agile working; almost all change trajectories eventually also affect systems, data, or digital processes.
