Product Journey Manager

As a Product Journey Manager, you determine which information truly matters to customers in their search and incorporate this into the product journey. You ensure that product information is correct and clearly displayed on the site, so that customers are never misled. You perform keyword research to improve SEO results and traffic and discover new opportunities within the assortment. You work together with Media Consultants, Commercial Product Managers, and Product Editors to make the customer journey increasingly smarter. In this way, you help customers find the right product faster and make the team a little better every day.

• Adjusting navigation and filters to lead customers to their product faster.
• Building and maintaining storefronts with advice that truly helps.
• Analyzing customer behavior to increase conversion and customer satisfaction.

• A completed higher education degree in the direction of Commerce or Marketing.
• At least one year of experience in a customer-journey-oriented role

• Ambitious in setting objectives and taking the responsibility to realize them.
• Empathizing with customers to discover their (product) needs.

As a Product Journey Manager, you ensure a complete and consistent product journey for the product assortment. You attract the right customers, help them choose, and ensure they buy the right product. You act quickly, maintain an overview, and make choices that make a difference.
