As Product Lead, you are responsible for managing a portion of our product and service portfolio. You ensure that our propositions align with customer needs and market developments. You are the central hub between marketing, supply chain management, operations, and suppliers, and you hold a key role in the success of our products. You contribute to the development and execution of product/portfolio strategies and plans that stimulate growth and revenue and optimally protect our customers. You possess vision and knowledge of (Security) market and product development, acting as the figurehead and interlocutor for our customers at executive and IT management levels.

Your main responsibilities:

• Market Analysis & Positioning: You analyze trends, customer needs, and competition and translate this into strong positioning for your portfolio.
• Commercial Planning: You draw up short- and medium-term plans, including pricing advice, margins, and KPIs. You determine the right moment for the introduction, renewal, or phasing out of products and advise marketing and sales on this.
• Innovation: You identify opportunities, develop new propositions, and build business cases that make a difference.
• Supply Chain Management: You define commercial goals, monitor performance, and ensure that all links in the chain work together optimally.
• Supplier Management: You negotiate terms and manage performance so that our products remain competitive.

You are a strong product lead who switches easily between IT management and executive levels and clearly translates complex Network & Security issues into business value. With your product knowledge, presentation, and commercial skills, you know how to convince large corporate customers of the value of KPN Network & Security products for their organization. You communicate persuasively, think commercially, and build sustainable customer relationships. Additionally, you are a team player who contributes to the further development of the portfolio and keeps the collective result central.

In addition, you possess:

• Knowledge of and experience with Security-related IT products and services. You can advise customers at a consultant level and explain how our Network & Security services contribute to the customer's business.
• HBO/WO working and thinking level .
• Ability to spar with customers, suppliers, and colleagues at various levels about our Network & Security product portfolio and to develop these (horizon 1-5 years).
• Experience with substantive customer conversations at IT management and executive levels.
• Affinity with the identity domain IAM/PAM/IGA
• Good command of the Dutch language, Dutch speaking only
