The role

As a Senior Consultant within the People & Transformation team at KPMG, you play a decisive role within large and complex transformation programs. You work on diverse issues: from culture and organizational change to strategic implementation programs and recovery processes. From the start, you are actively involved in dynamic projects, where you lead a workflow or are responsible for realizing concrete results. You monitor progress, work in multidisciplinary teams, and ensure effective collaboration with clients and stakeholders at all levels. Additionally, you mentor junior consultants and contribute to the further development of our services.

You are close to the execution, work intensively with clients and colleagues, and see the direct results of your work. The combination of content, collaboration, and guiding change makes every assignment educational and meaningful.”– Olivia Weise, Senior Consultant People & Transformation

Within People & Transformation, you work in one integrated team, containing four Communities of Practice: Organizational Change Management, Technology Change Management, Transformation Enablement, and Culture & Strategy Alignment. These communities offer space for deepening expertise, knowledge sharing, and professional development. What connects us is a solid foundation in project and program management and knowledge of (behavioral) change to help clients move forward. We approach transformations integrally: from strategy and technology to behavior and culture.

The team is characterized by energy, craftsmanship, and a strong focus on collective impact. We believe in the power of the team and consciously look at everyone's qualities and ambitions, so that you can make an impact in a way that suits you.
