Are you an advisor who knows how to translate strategy into a high-performing organizational model? As a mid-level organizational design consultant, you will work on designing organizational structures, governance, decision-making processes, and the setup of organizations. During the transformation of organizations, you will apply your experience with the 'hard' side of the profession: developing robust organizational models that make organizations stronger, faster, and more agile. As a mid-level consultant, you will independently carry out organizational design trajectories, from diagnosis to implementation. You will advise management teams at the intersection of strategy and structure. Your responsibilities include:

• independently leading organizational design trajectories: from analysis to implementation

• analyzing and advising on governance, processes, hierarchical structures, and operating models

• collecting and processing data for (quantitative) organizational analyses, for example in the field of effectiveness, efficiency, and span of control

• facilitating work sessions on organizational structures and processes

• guiding the implementation of new organizational structures

• contributing to the development of new methodologies and propositions within the team.

You will become part of the Organization Design team within the Organizational Transformation advisory group. The team has a clear vision on organizational design and combines scientific insights with practical experience.

We are actively involved in international networks such as the European Organisation Design Forum (EODF) and are at the forefront of organizational design. As a mid-level consultant, you play an important role in the further development of the team, both substantively and commercially.

You are a driven advisor with:

• a completed master's degree (for example in business administration, public administration, organizational sciences, or economics)

• three to six years of relevant work experience in organizational consulting or an (internal) strategic advisory role within a large organization

• demonstrable expertise in designing organizational models and solving governance issues

• substantive knowledge of the hard side of organizational design (operating model)

• experience in translating strategic objectives into a concrete organizational structure

• strong analytical and conceptual skills, combined with the ability to make complex issues understandable

• entrepreneurship and the ambition to contribute to the further growth of our team.
