• Leading integral organizational design processes: from diagnosis through to implementation.

• Providing strategic advice to executive teams and boards regarding organizational design, governance, and management issues (operating model)

• Collecting and processing data for (quantitative) organizational analyses, for example in the areas of effectiveness, efficiency, and span of control

• Facilitating work sessions on organizational structures and processes.

• Managing and coaching junior and medior colleagues within project teams.

As a senior consultant, you play a leading role in complex organizational design assignments. You advise boards and management teams at the intersection of strategy and structure through organizational architecture. Your responsibilities include:

You will become part of the Organizational Design team within the Organizational Transformation advisory group. The team has a clear vision on organizational design and combines scientific insights with extensive practical experience.

We are actively involved in international networks, such as the European Organisation Design Forum (EODF), and are at the forefront of themes such as agility, self-organization, governance, and task-oriented working. As a senior consultant, you play an important role in the further development of the team, both substantively and commercially.

You are an experienced and entrepreneurial advisor with:

• at least six to ten years of relevant work experience after completing an academic degree, for example in business administration, public administration, organizational sciences, or economics.

• extensive experience at an organizational consultancy firm or in an (internal) strategic advisory role within a large organization.

• demonstrable expertise in translating strategy into robust organizational structures, operating models, and management models.

• experience in managing and coaching colleagues.

• a strong commercial profile and experience with acquisition and relationship management.

• excellent analytical, conceptual, and communicative skills.

• persuasiveness at executive and board level.
