Do you want to help organizations successfully change in an increasingly digital world? As a Senior Change Management Consultant & Digital Transformation at Capgemini Invent, you will work on impactful change trajectories where technology, processes, and human behavior converge. You help organizations not only with designing change, but especially with realizing, anchoring, and measuring sustainable impact.

In this role, you will work on:

• Large-scale change trajectories with a strategic impact on organizations.
• Digital and IT transformations, such as SAP implementations, cloud transitions, and data-driven working.
• Introducing new ways of working and stimulating behavioral change within organizations.
• Facilitating workshops, stakeholder management, and decision-making processes at various organizational levels.
• Managing your own workstream or sub-project within complex transformation programs.
• Monitoring progress, adoption, and change objectives to make the success of change visible.
• Close collaboration with management, project teams, and business stakeholders to anchor results sustainably.
• The further development of knowledge, propositions, and methodologies within the Program & Change Acceleration team.

Hours: 32-40 hours
Location: Utrecht and remote
Experience level: Medior

What you will do as a Senior Change Management Consultant & Digital Transformation

You have:

• At least 4 years of experience within change management, change consultancy, or organizational change.
• Affinity with digital transformation, IT changes, and technology-driven change trajectories.
• Experience with stakeholder management and working within multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong analytical and communicative skills, combined with an interest in human behavior and adoption.
• You make conscious use of new technologies and are open to learning and applying AI within your field.
