Senior Learning & Development Specialist

• A gross monthly salary of € 4,450 to € 5,000, depending on your experience.

• A variable bonus averaging € 180 to € 700 per month, partly depending on your billability.

• An acquisition fee of 5% on the commercial annual contribution realized by you, according to our regulations.

• 25 vacation days. Furthermore, you decide for yourself which public holidays you want to be off.

For our Learning Studio, we are looking for a Senior Learning & Development Specialist. Someone who combines substantive expertise in the field of learning and development with entrepreneurship, project strength, and a sense for the client.

In this role, you develop learning solutions for large organizations. You move easily between strategy and execution: from formulating a vision on learning to designing and realizing a blended learning program. You work closely with clients, colleagues, and other experts and ensure that ideas are translated into solutions that actually work in practice.

• You develop a vision on learning and translate this into a concrete learning strategy.

• You design learning programs for diverse target groups, from leaders and professionals to trainees.

• You translate learning objectives into learning paths, interventions, and blended learning solutions.

• You facilitate design and co-creation sessions with clients and other stakeholders.

• You manage projects and programs from start to finish and monitor quality, planning, and results.

• You advise clients on learning, development, and organizational change.

• You identify commercial opportunities and contribute to the development of new propositions.

• You share your knowledge with colleagues and help to further develop our Learning Studio.

• Developing a vision on learning and a learning strategy for a large organization.

• Designing a learning program for executives, professionals, or trainees.

• Designing and implementing blended learning solutions within a large digital transformation.

• Guiding organizations through the transition to a more learning and agile way of working.
