Production Team Leader (all genders) in the Netherlands

• Completed HBO bachelor's degree;
• Experience within a production or operational environment;
• We also invite candidates without a production background to apply, provided they possess a completed university degree and demonstrable leadership potential;
• Experience with or knowledge of continuous improvement programs, such as Lean, TPM, or Operational Excellence;
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to switch effectively between operational teams and management. You combine analytical ability with a pragmatic approach and know how to translate complex issues into concrete actions;
• Possesses the competencies of leadership, driving change, decisiveness, entrepreneurship, and the ability to translate FrieslandCampina's vision and objectives into practice;
• You are a visible role model in the areas of safety, quality, and continuous improvement;
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and a good command of the English language;

• The position is classified in Hay scale 15 (€3,903.18 - €5,575.96) supplemented with a shift allowance of 28.7%;

• You oversee and monitor the performance of the total production process and, in close cooperation with subject matter experts, adjust where necessary to achieve objectives in the areas of safety, quality, delivery reliability, and efficiency;

• You are responsible for compliance with procedures, work instructions, and applicable safety, quality, and compliance requirements;

At FrieslandCampina in Veghel, we share the passion to get the most out of milk with approximately 500 employees. Milk is full of nutrients and active substances that can be used as ingredients for existing products. Through a fully automated process, we extract fats and proteins from the raw milk and cheese whey that arrives here daily. These nutritious and functional ingredients are then used again in, for example, sports and baby food, paracetamol, tompouces, milkshakes, and oral hygiene products. We do not do this without success, because one in seven people worldwide now comes into contact daily with products containing ingredients from our factory in Veghel.
