Electrical Technician Facilities Department (all genders) in the Netherlands

• At least MBO 4 work and thinking level in the field of electrical engineering or similar;
• You have experience with building-related installations, electrical engineering and/or control technology;
• You have experience with SAP or similar maintenance systems;
• VCA VOL certificate or willing to obtain it;
• Experience with fault analysis and independently solving technical problems;
• Good communication skills and a proactive working attitude.

• Salary between €3,570 and €4,440 gross per month (full-time, including 10% AMT allowance), depending on experience and suitability for the role;
• A full-time work week of 36 hours (32 hours is negotiable), 5% year-end bonus, 8% holiday allowance, and a pension scheme;
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per km with a maximum of 30km one way. Do you live further away? We would love to discuss the possibilities;
• 200 hours of leave per year, with the possibility to buy or sell up to 40 extra hours;

As an Electrical Technician in the Facilities Department, no two days are the same. You work independently on maintenance, faults, and improvements of electrical installations and supervise external maintenance parties. Your duties include:

• Supervising contractors and suppliers on location;
• Identifying and noting technical deviations and risks;
• Creating and following up on notifications and following up on work orders in SAP;
• Performing corrective repairs to installations and facilities;
• Performing control and regulation technology adjustments;
• Maintaining logs, inspection reports, and technical documentation;
• Performing pre-inspections in preparation for maintenance stops and projects;
• Independently analyzing and solving faults in building-related installations;
• Advising on technical improvements and sustainability measures;
• Coordinating and monitoring work performed by external parties;
• Acting as the right hand of the Facility Coordinator FM.
