• A gross monthly salary between 4027.31 and 4816.48 (based on 36 hours), supplemented with a shift allowance of 28.7%, depending on your knowledge and experience;

Cheese Factory Team Leader

As Cheese Factory Team Leader in Lutjewinkel, you ensure that your shift brings out the best in themselves every day. You are visible on the shop floor, manage based on results, and create an environment in which people can work safely, develop, and work together with pleasure.
You lead approximately 6 employees within the cheese factory and are responsible for a stable production process. In doing so, you know exactly when to coach, when to adjust course, and when to take the next step in improvement together with the team.

What you are going to do
As Packaging Team Leader, you are responsible for the daily management of your shift. You ensure a safe working environment, a stable production process, and a team that wants to get better every day.

• Your responsibilities include, among other things:
• Managing, coaching, and developing a team of approximately employees;
• Achieving objectives in the areas of safety, quality, delivery reliability, and efficiency;
• Drawing up the personnel planning and conducting development, performance, and appraisal interviews;
• Managing absenteeism and stimulating ownership and craftsmanship within the team;
• Initiating and guiding improvement projects and Root Cause Analyses (RCAs);
• Applying Lean, TPM, and OWOW principles to structurally improve performance;
• Collaborating with colleagues from Operations, Technical Service, Quality, SHE, and Logistics to realize collective objectives.
