The role

In an ultra-modern dock hall and well-equipped workshops, we have space for yachts up to 160 meters, both new builds and refits. With a mix of experience and innovative knowledge, we build the most beautiful and largest yachts here.

As a welder, you will make an important contribution to that. Fusing hundreds of steel and aluminum section parts requires great craftsmanship. Especially because we set very high standards for the appearance of the weld. Will you make it one seamless whole?

As a technician, you will make an important contribution to that. Technology is the backbone of every yacht and you find it everywhere: at the design office, the production companies, and the finishing yards. Without technology, no superyacht.

What you'll do

In the role of Construction Foreman, you are responsible for the construction and assembly of our superyachts. You will work together with a team of approximately 60 employees in the Construction department. This department handles the complete hull construction, the installation of walls, decks, and railings, and the assembly of various elements such as benches, cabinets, jacuzzis, and stairs. Additionally, you are involved in the installation and adjustment of hatches, doors, and boat seats.

  • Leading a team of fitters in the construction department.
  • The planning and distribution of the work.
  • Together with your team, you ensure that the work is carried out efficiently and safely, within the set conditions such as lead time, budget, and resources.
  • Monitoring the quality of the work in the construction department.
  • The optimal deployment of skilled professionals and making use of the existing knowledge within your team.
  • Supervising compliance with safety regulations and ensuring the well-being of the employees.
  • Participating in meetings with other team leaders, (assistant) managers, work planners, and external companies.
  • The planning and distribution of the work.
