What we're looking for

  • A completed MBO education, preferably in the field of Electrotechnics, Mechatronics, or a similar technical education;
  • Experience with the maintenance and troubleshooting of technical installations and machines;
  • Affinity with both electrotechnical and mechanical installations;
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus;
  • A structured and accurate way of working;
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to switch gears quickly when the situation demands it.

We offer you:

From our modern shipyard on the IJsselmeer, we proudly work on projects up to 120 meters. Every detail counts, and everyone's craftsmanship contributes to the final result. What you'll do

As a Technical Services Employee, you ensure that our machines, installations, and technical facilities function reliably and safely. Thanks to your craftsmanship, production colleagues can work undisturbed every day on unique yachts. You will be part of a team of five technical specialists and will receive a great deal of freedom and responsibility within a versatile role. No two days are the same: from preventive maintenance to resolving complex malfunctions and improving technical installations.

You are responsible for the maintenance, management, and continuity of the technical installations at our shipyard. You work on diverse electrotechnical and mechanical installations and actively contribute ideas for improvements.

Your duties include:

  • Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on machines, tools, and technical installations;
  • Analyzing and resolving malfunctions, so that production can continue unhindered;
  • Installing and maintaining workflow facilities, compressed air, extraction, heating, cooling, and humidification installations;
  • Preparing and setting up technical facilities in our dry docks and production halls;
  • Drafting, managing, and executing maintenance plans and malfunction logs;
  • Documenting machines, installations, and technical procedures, so that knowledge remains secured;
  • Reading and, if applicable, adjusting AutoCAD drawings;
  • Occasionally, you provide support for technical activities outside the shipyard, for example during sea trials or at external locations.

You work closely with colleagues from different departments and are an important link in the optimal functioning of our shipyard.
