As a Payroll Specialist, you are responsible for the coordination and control of the salary processing for approximately 1,200 employees, spread across 10 entities. You manage the external payroll partner and ensure the quality, timeliness, and completeness of the salary processing. You are the central point of contact for payroll issues and interact daily with HR, Finance, managers, and the external partner. Thanks to your structured way of working and eye for detail, the salary process runs smoothly and according to schedule. With your contribution, you ensure reliable and correct salary processing, which directly contributes to employee satisfaction and compliance.

• Coordinating the salary processing for approximately 1,200 employees

• Collecting and checking salary changes and ensuring timely delivery to the payroll partner

• Ensuring the quality of the payroll administration and checking payroll output

• Acting as a point of contact for HR, Finance, managers, and the external payroll partner

• Supporting the month-end closing and delivering analyses and reports

• Identifying and analyzing discrepancies and initiating improvement measures

• Contributing to the further professionalization and optimization of payroll and HR processes
