Branch Manager

As Branch Manager at Ekris Flevoland, you hold ultimate responsibility for the total results of the branch. You manage both sales and aftersales and ensure that all departments work together optimally. With your leadership, commercial insight, and operational sharpness, you know how to motivate teams and achieve objectives.

You monitor performance in terms of turnover, customer satisfaction, and quality, and you know how to translate strategic objectives into daily practice. In doing so, you are visible on the work floor and act as an example and sparring partner for your teams.

• Ultimately responsible for the full business results of the branch
• Managing, coaching, and developing teams within sales and aftersales
• Achieving turnover, margin, and customer satisfaction objectives
• Optimizing processes and monitoring quality and efficiency
• Translating the Ekris strategy into concrete plans and actions
• Representing the branch, both internally and externally

You are an experienced and result-oriented manager with strong leadership qualities. You combine commercial insight with people-oriented leadership and know how to bring people along during changes. You maintain an overview, manage based on both figures and culture, and derive energy from building strong teams and sustainable results.

• Demonstrable management experience within automotive, retail, or a similar environment
• Experience managing multiple teams
• Strong commercial and financial insight
• Communicatively skilled, decisive, and connecting
• Available full-time
• Driving license B is mandatory
