What we're looking for

For this position, we are looking for an experienced leader with a solid pedagogical foundation. Experience within childcare, pedagogy, or youth care is therefore essential. You understand what children, parents, and employees need to be able to develop optimally and you know how to safeguard pedagogical quality within both locations. With your knowledge and coaching leadership style, you support employees in their professional growth and contribute to a strong pedagogical culture. You will work spread over multiple days per week, with Wednesday and Friday being fixed working days. A versatile position in which you lead two locations, each with its own character, but with the same ambition: giving children the best start.

The role

As a location manager at Partou in West-Friesland, you are the driving force behind your team. You are responsible for the day-to-day operations of your childcare location and you play a crucial role in creating a safe, stimulating, and loving environment for children. In doing so, you lead an enthusiastic team of pedagogical staff and ensure optimal collaboration.

About the location

As a location manager, you are responsible for two different, but beautifully complementary locations in West-Friesland: **KDV Meerkids in Middenmeer** and **KDV & BSO Villa Bloesemgaerde in Wognum**. Two locations where children are given the space every day to play, discover, and grow in a warm and trusted environment.

**KDV Meerkids** in Middenmeer is located in a modern and atmospheric building where tranquility, coziness, and activity go hand in hand. Here, children discover the world through play, both indoors and outdoors. The spacious garden with a climbing hill and outdoor kitchen is a favorite spot where children can move, experiment, and experience adventures to their heart's content. Healthy nutrition, plenty of outdoor play, and a homey atmosphere are central.

In **Wognum**, you lead **Villa Bloesemgaerde**, a location where daycare, BSO, and education come together within a multifunctional facility. Thanks to the presence of primary schools, sports facilities, and a large outdoor area, this location offers plenty of opportunities for development, movement, and collaboration. Children play sports in the nearby gym, play on the large grass field, and discover their talents in a bright and inspiring environment.
