BEY Branch Manager

You can find the Bey branches by Bergman Clinics all over the country. In this role as branch manager, you will run our medium-sized clinic in The Hague and the outpatient clinic in Capelle. As branch manager, your goal is to ensure that the entire client journey runs perfectly from A to Z. In doing so, you weigh personnel, logistical, facility, and financial interests, always keeping the client's interest in mind. Bey's service is client-oriented, highly personal, and high-end. All of this ensures a daily puzzle to solve; however, for you as branch manager, this is a challenge because you think in possibilities. You are responsible for the financial result of your clinic. To achieve this, collaboration with the team of medical specialists, consultants, Front- & Backoffice employees, skin therapists, and nurses is very important. They see and speak to our clients and guide them throughout the entire client journey, from the first consultation to the follow-up; you facilitate this entire client journey at your location. You are an excellent leader who provides space when necessary and ensures that the team gets to work with the right setup and the right attitude. Additionally, analyzing and responding to inflow, waiting times, throughput, and OR planning is an important element in this role. Furthermore, you are responsible for quality & safety, service delivery, and the optimal result of the clinic. The planning and organization of all departments fall under your responsibility.

• Managing consultants, nurses, skin therapists, and Front- & Backoffice employees;

• Serving as a connector between clients, medical specialists, employees, and the central supporting departments of the organization;

• Creating a great workplace, in combination with the best care for our clients, which you do together with your team;

• Bearing responsibility for the implementation of medical policy in accordance with our protocols within the clinic, together with the regional manager and division manager;

• Proactively participating in various division- and organization-wide projects;

• Acting as a sparring partner to the regional manager;

• Continuously improving the market position of the clinic.

You are an entrepreneur with solid leadership experience and a sharp analytical eye. Your attitude is flexible and, with your analytical ability, you are someone with a clear vision. • A completed higher professional education (HBO level);

• A strong analytical eye;

• Preferably experience in the medical sector;

• You are available for at least 32 hours per week.
