As Branch Manager, you provide direction to the future of our branch in Amersfoort. Together with an experienced and technically strong team, you will build an environment where colleagues develop, clients gladly return, and commercial opportunities are converted into sustainable partnerships.

• A gross monthly salary between € 6,500.- and € 9,500.- gross per month (based on 40 hours), depending on your knowledge and experience;

• A choice budget, including holiday allowance, of 10.91% of your gross annual salary;

• 25 vacation days based on full-time employment, with the possibility of taking extra days from the IKB;

You are a natural connector with an entrepreneurial mindset. Someone who gets energy from building people, sustainable client relationships, and the further growth of an organization. You know the world of civil engineering and feel at home in it. At the same time, we believe that good leadership goes beyond content alone. Therefore, we are looking for someone who uses his or her own expertise—technical, commercial, or organizational—to further advance people, clients, and our branch.

• You have a higher professional (HBO) or academic (WO) level of working and thinking;

• You have experience in a leadership, commercial, or ultimately responsible role; 

• You know how to build sustainable relationships and develop commercial opportunities;

• You are coaching, decisive, and know how to set people in motion in a positive way;

• You are entrepreneurial and take responsibility for the further growth of the branch;

• You get energy from freedom and responsibility and feel comfortable in an organization where entrepreneurship, short lines of communication, and trust are a matter of course.

At our branch in Amersfoort, you will join a team of about 15 colleagues. Small enough for personal contact and short lines, large enough to have plenty of knowledge and expertise around you. In total, approximately 90 specialists work within Nepocon, spread across multiple branches in the Netherlands.
