As Branch Manager, you are the face of our Volkswagen branch. You are responsible for the daily operations of the branch and, together with your team, you ensure that commercial objectives are met and that customers receive excellent service.

You lead a team of sales and service professionals, consisting of sales advisors, service advisors, and automotive technicians. You are visible on the work floor, know what is happening, and find it important to achieve results together with your team.

You coach and develop employees, drive commercial performance, and ensure that processes are continuously improved. In doing so, you are given the space to apply your own ideas and entrepreneurship.

• Leading, coaching, and developing the team;

• Driving commercial results, turnover, and yield;

• Being actively involved in sales and utilizing commercial opportunities;

• Ensuring an optimal customer experience and promoting hospitality;

• Monitoring daily operations and ensuring good cooperation between sales and service;

• Maintaining relationships with customers, Volkswagen, leasing companies, and other stakeholders;

• Ensuring good follow-up of leads and increasing conversion;

• Creating repeat purchases and long-term customer relationships;

• Improving processes and working methods to further grow the branch;

• Being a visible face of the branch within the region.

• Can switch gears well in a dynamic environment;

• Have an HBO (higher professional education) level of working and thinking;
