What we're looking for

Completed HBO or MBO level 4 education
Experience in a service or administrative role.
Knowledge of warranty procedures and factory guidelines is a plus.
Accurate administration and an eye for detail.
Good communication skills, both oral and written.
Digitally proficient, good command of Microsoft Office and Excel.

The role

At AGAM Mercedes-Benz, everything revolves around quality, craftsmanship, and service perfected. As a Service Advisor & Warranty Specialist, you are the organizational heart of our dealership. You ensure that our customers feel heard, their vehicles remain in top condition, and that administrative processing runs smoothly.

As a Service Advisor & Warranty Specialist , you are the point of contact for more complex invoices.

What you'll do

You process work orders accurately and ensure timely, correct invoicing.
You ensure that you are informed of and stay up to date with the applicable warranty guidelines from the Mercedes-Benz brand.
You support the front and back office, and assist at the counter during busy periods. You handle warranty claims and lease applications carefully.
You guide colleagues in performing tasks according to the warranty guidelines.
You develop yourself into a (warranty) specialist for more complex files.
You monitor deadlines and follow up on responses from the importer.
You also maintain occasional customer contact and ensure clear communication regarding costs and progress.
You are part of a fixed team but, if necessary, also work at one of our other locations in Zuid-Holland.

With your technical knowledge, customer focus, and eye for detail, you are the link between the customer, the workshop, and the importer. Whether it concerns warranty claims, lease applications, or work orders; you maintain the overview and ensure that everything is correct down to the last detail. Thanks to your commitment and precision, you contribute to the premium service that Mercedes-Benz stands for.
