Warranty & Claim Administrator

As a Warranty & Claim Administrator, you are an important link within our central Aftersales Support team.
From Schiedam, you support our Kia and Renault branches in the correct and timely processing of warranty and goodwill claims to the importer.

You check work orders and assess whether repairs comply with the applicable factory guidelines.
Subsequently, you ensure that claims are submitted completely, correctly, and on time.
In doing so, you have daily contact with our branches and importers regarding warranty requests, rejections, and technical issues.

You also analyze rejected claims, identify recurring bottlenecks, and actively think along about improving our processes.
Thanks to your accuracy, technical knowledge, and critical eye, our branches receive what they are entitled to.
With this, you make a direct contribution to an optimal return within our aftersales organization.
