Warranty / Claim Administrator

As a Warranty & Claim Administrator, you are an important link within our central Aftersales Support team. From Schiedam, you support our Kia and Renault branches in the correct and timely processing of warranty and goodwill claims to the importer. You check work orders, assess whether repairs comply with the applicable factory guidelines, and ensure that claims are submitted completely and correctly. You maintain daily contact with our branches and with the importers regarding warranty requests, rejections, and technical issues. Additionally, you analyze rejected claims, identify recurring bottlenecks, and actively contribute ideas for improving our processes. Thanks to your accuracy, technical knowledge, and critical eye, you ensure that our branches receive what they are entitled to and make a direct contribution to an optimal return within our aftersales organization. No two days are the same. You continuously switch between technical, administrative, and communication tasks and act as an important sparring partner for service advisors, warranty colleagues, workshops, and importers.
