Civil Works Planner

• mbo or hbo working and thinking level, preferably civil engineering.

• At least 2+ years of work experience as a works preparer in civil engineering.

• Being able to take responsibility for the daily management of the execution or supervisor(s) of one or more (complex) projects, so that activities are realized safely, qualitatively, and according to schedule and budget.

• An eye for detail, a structured way of working, and technical insight.

• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.

• Affinity with sustainability and innovative working methods.

• The salary for this position is between € 4,291.63 and € 6,256.72 gross per month (based on 40 hours)*, excluding 8% holiday allowance. The exact salary depends on your knowledge, level, and work experience.

• With an eye on a long-term relationship, we offer you an indefinite contract immediately.

As a Civil Works Preparer at Dura Vermeer Infra Regio Noord Oost, you are the indispensable link between design and execution. You will work on challenging projects such as bridges, viaducts, quay walls, energy infrastructure, and industrial constructions. You ensure that everything is prepared to perfection, so that everything runs smoothly on-site.

You work closely with site managers, project leaders, and engineers to prepare our projects technically and organizationally. You draw up schedules, request quotes, create work plans, and ensure the correct materials and permits are in place. You think ahead, identify bottlenecks, and come up with smart solutions. Thanks to your preparation, the execution team can get to work with confidence.
