Civil Works Planner

• A completed education in civil engineering or a comparable field;

• Demonstrable experience as a works planner within civil construction;

• Organizational and planning skills; additionally, you are strong in monitoring progress and making decisions;

• Attention to detail;

• You master the Dutch language at a minimum of B2 level, both orally and in writing.

As a civil works planner at our office in Rotterdam, you play a crucial role in both the preparation and the support of execution. You think projects through carefully, create a realistic schedule of the activities, and ensure that all technical guidelines and industry standards are followed. Does the schedule change? Then you switch gears quickly and creatively to get everything back on track.

You support Procurement by specifying scopes and preparing quotation comparisons. You bring disciplines together by managing subcontractors and suppliers and, together with execution, you monitor the work schedules. Additionally, you actively promote the HSE plan, perform risk and safety analyses, and monitor compliance with quality and safety standards within the project.
