The role

  • As a work preparer for atHome, you ensure that the technicians are prepared before they head out
  • You are the hub of the operation and the point of contact and liaison between the customer and the technician
  • You are responsible for the planning of technicians across the various regions in the Netherlands
  • You train yourself extensively in making the correct diagnosis based on the complaint description and ensure that the technician sets off with the right information and parts to get our first-time right percentage as high as possible.
  • You are customer-oriented and can properly process every repair request
  • You work together with the Trainer and Operations Manager to improve processes based on the feedback you receive from the operation
  • You work both from home and at the office

Functie-eisen

  • You are eager to learn and can work well independently
  • You work accurately and have an eye for detail
  • You have strong communication skills.
  • You can maintain a good overview, even when it is busy.
  • You have an MBO level of work and thinking.
  • Available 40 hours per week.
  • With your sunny personality, as a work preparer, you do everything to get the customer excited about a solar roof.
  • You love (word) jokes. Even when they are bad.
