Construction & Real Estate Planner

• The salary for this position is between € 4,291.- and € 5,364.- gross per month (based on 40 hours), excluding 8% holiday allowance. The exact salary depends on your knowledge, level, and work experience

• Indefinite period contract and approx. 43 leave days (of which 13 can be used flexibly or paid out)

This will be your job
Before the first work begins on the construction site, you have arranged everything. From schedules and coordination to technical details. You ensure that our projects are not only delivered on time and within budget, but also exactly as we envisioned them.

Depending on the project, you will be involved in:

• Construction methods and execution plans

• Contact with suppliers and subcontractors

• Technical detailing

• Tightening and maintaining schedules

• Monitoring quality and thinking ahead smartly

This is what you bring 
We are happy with the following points: 

• Multiple years of experience as an independent planner 

• MBO or HBO diploma in civil engineering or similar 

• Down-to-earth communication and a solution-oriented attitude 

• A good drive to get the best out of your work
