Are you an acting candidate notary (3+ years of experience) with a passion for real estate? For the Construction and Real Estate team of Sven Billet in Eindhoven, we are looking for a candidate notary who enjoys working in a versatile practice with a lot of client contact.

Do you have an affinity with real estate and do you want to develop further in this field? As a candidate civil-law notary Construction & Real Estate, you will get the opportunity with us to specialise and be trained to work on files concerning, among other things, new construction projects, splits into apartment rights, establishment or relinquishment of surface rights (such as geothermal energy systems, telecommunications and solar parks) and/or leasehold rights, park management, execution auctions and task transfers. In addition, you will work on files relating to the more complex transaction practice for both commercial and residential real estate. You will work for clients such as (semi-)governments, project developers, investors, healthcare and educational institutions, housing associations, financial institutions, funds and entrepreneurs. Where necessary, you will work together with lawyers and tax advisers in multidisciplinary teams on challenging real estate matters. Do you have the interest and ambition?
