• You have a completed HBO (higher professional education) degree in Civil Engineering or a related field;

• You have gained at least 5 years of relevant work experience, specifically within residential construction projects;

As a Work Preparer at LAUDY, you will work in a challenging environment on high-quality and diverse projects. The focus lies on residential construction, both ground-bound and multi-story. You will work in a team of ambitious colleagues and ensure a systematic progression of all preparatory activities for one or more projects.

In your role, you will develop efficient, highly detailed plans in order to guarantee the timely delivery of equipment, goods, and services and to optimally support execution. You will check drawings for (technical) deviations and ensure the timely and adequate provision of information to all internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, you will be involved within the project team in the preparation of procurement procedures and will manage all data for the purpose of the warranty and aftercare of our projects.

In short, you will be intensively involved in the entire preparation and execution process, and there is plenty of room for your own input, creativity, and innovation.
