As a civil works supervisor, you are the pivot in execution. Together with your team, you play a key role in realizing challenging projects. You lead the execution team and monitor quality, planning, and budget. In your daily activities, you work intensively with colleagues, partners, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure everything runs safely and efficiently. Safety is always your top priority, and you take an active role in it. Additionally, you contribute during the preparation phase and provide your knowledge and experience to execute the work as well as possible.

At Dura Vermeer Infra Regio Midden, you will work from Utrecht (2e Daalsedijk), in the heart of the Netherlands, on projects in and around the province of Utrecht.   This is what we offer you

• The salary for this position is between € 4,291.63 and € 7,195.22 gross per month (based on 40 hours)*, excluding 8% holiday allowance. The exact salary depends on your knowledge, level, and work experience;

• On top of the salary comes a fixed amount for the Sustainable Employability Budget for things that contribute to staying healthy and motivated (2.3% according to CAO Bouw & Infra);

• With a view to a long-term relationship, we offer you an indefinite contract immediately; 

• 43 leave days according to the CAO Bouw & Infra. Of these days, 13 are paid out into your individual budget; you can choose to buy these days back; 

• A laptop and a smartphone; 

• Excellent secondary employment conditions such as standard insurance for all employee risks, pension schemes, an extra supplement in case of disability, and a contribution towards trade union membership; 

• You have the choice between a mobility budget, NS Business Card, or an electric lease car;
