Civil Site Manager

• A completed technical education, preferably in Civil Engineering

• Solid experience in managing execution on large-scale civil engineering projects, preferably within the Industry;

• Strong in progress monitoring, team management, and possessing good interpersonal skills;

• You master the Dutch language at a minimum of B2 level, both orally and in writing.

As a lead civil engineering site manager at our Rotterdam office, you create oversight, bring structure to the planning, and ensure a clear division of tasks within the execution team and among subcontractors. You know the contract, know exactly where our responsibility lies, and monitor budgets based on the work budget. You coordinate activities with the client's construction team, keep processes tightly under control, and anticipate potential bottlenecks during execution based on experience.

You are part of the core team and are co-responsible for the technical and financial progress of the project. You ensure the optimal deployment of people and resources, organize meetings with site managers and subcontractors, and mentor young colleagues in their growth toward becoming independent site managers.
