Webcast Operator

After a thorough induction process, you will start working for our clients, who are primarily located within the municipal and government market. During your duties, you will be responsible for;

• Thorough preparation of the Webcast. This means checking whether the client's employees have created the Webcast correctly and whether all information is available so that you can perform your duties without problems. Additionally, you check whether an internet connection is active and whether there is video and audio. Should any problems come to light, you can fall back on our support department with technical experts;
• Operating the Webcast. By this, we mean starting, clicking through active agenda items and speakers, providing commentary during a recess, and stopping a Webcast. Should there be problems during a live broadcast, you will put the client's employees at ease and contact our support department to see if the problem can be resolved. Communicate proactively with the client's employees so that they know what the status is;
• Speaker indexing. This must be delivered within 48 hours. Using our editor, you are able to make accurate speaker adjustments in our system so that our clients are satisfied with the end result and can watch a meeting back without any problems;

• Availability: On-call workers must inform the Webcast Operations Coordinator as soon as possible (ideally three weeks in advance) of periods in which they are not available, to facilitate planning.
• Indexing and reporting: Due to contractual obligations, tasks after the event, such as indexing, must be completed within 48 hours after the event.
• Estimated hours: On-call workers are expected to work an average of 5 to 10 hours per week, although this may vary depending on the number of events.

• To perform this position, a VOG (Certificate of Good Conduct) will be requested during the application. This can, of course, be expensed to Company Webcast.
