Rigger

• A valid rigger certificate, W408 required.

• Experience as a rigger, lifting supervisor, or slinger.

• A proactive and team-oriented attitude.

• Living in the Randstad or Utrecht region.

• Interest in further growth, for example, to tower crane operator.

• A permanent contract immediately! Because we have confidence in you and want to build the future together.

• A good salary that grows with your development in accordance with the CAO Bouw, in salary group D or E, possibly with a performance bonus, based on your experience.

• 48 leave days, of which 18 are deposited into the time savings fund (including short-term absenteeism).

This will be your job
As a rigger, you are the mainstay of the tower crane operator. Together, you form a close-knit team that ensures everything on the construction site runs safely and smoothly. You are the one who picks up materials with precision, checks that everything is securely fastened, and guides the operator during the lifting of heavy loads. One moment you are ready to guide a load at height, the next moment you are consulting with colleagues to sharpen the planning and safety.

You know exactly how to move loads safely and efficiently and always have a sharp eye on what is happening on the construction site. Thanks to your expertise and teamwork, the tower crane operator can do their job with confidence and without worries. Together with a tower crane operator, you will work on impressive projects, such as Leidsche Rijn E5 Utrecht with 2 Liebherr tower cranes.
