🔹 A technical HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level, for example in civil engineering or electrical engineering;

🔹 Extensive experience in a responsible project management position in construction or rail infra;

🔹 Knowledge of contract forms such as UAV-GC;

🔹 A proactive and solution-oriented mindset;

🔹 Good communication skills and a talent for collaboration and stakeholder management;

Your role

As a project manager, you are the driving force behind the realization of projects for, among others, ProRail. You ensure that everything runs smoothly: from preparation and execution to completion. You switch effortlessly between technical aspects, planning, finances, and stakeholders, and you know how to motivate teams to achieve the best results together.

✅ Leading and coordinating multidisciplinary project teams;

✅ Coordinating with clients such as ProRail and other stakeholders;

✅ Monitoring planning, budget, and quality;

✅ Identifying opportunities and risks and responding to them proactively;

✅ Ensuring a safe and efficient execution of the work.
