As a mechanical engineering project leader, you will lead our (swimming pool) projects to success! You are involved from A to Z in the realization of the mechanical installations and monitor the entire process. You ensure that your colleagues can perform their work optimally and that our clients are more than satisfied. Does this sound like your next challenge?
This is what you will do
As a project leader, you organize and coordinate our projects. These specifically concern swimming pools, such as De Sportwaard in Zaltbommel. You are responsible for the quality, quantity, and project monitoring for your field. Your solution-oriented approach helps you to accurately estimate the work and translate it into an efficient schedule and execution. Together with the internal and external project partners, you ensure that the assignment is realized within the specified quality requirements, hours, and budgets.
Within the project, you are the point of contact and maintain close contact with the client. You identify commercial opportunities, for example when the work can be expanded, and always take the interests of all parties involved into account. Together with your fellow project leaders and project managers, you ensure an appropriate technician schedule, while maintaining the balance between project and organizational interests. You lead the team in a positive and motivating manner and look at our performance with a critical eye. Furthermore, your duties consist of:
Ensuring that project information, equipment, and materials are available on time.
Maintaining contacts with clients, advisors, contractors, subcontractors, and utility companies.
Proactively providing financial control in the areas of invoicing, turnover, budget, extra/less work, purchasing, and results.
Providing the monthly financial report for the forecast meetings.
Advising the client on possible technical adjustments and improvements, resulting in extra/less work that benefits both customer satisfaction and the project result.
This is what you bring
With your leadership and guidance, you know how to take team performance to a higher level. You enthuse and inspire your team and motivate them with positive feedback. While you are soft on the person, you are simultaneously clear on the content. You have an eye for sensitivities within and outside the organization and can empathize with different opinions and interests, without losing sight of the Hellebrekers interest. Additionally, we ask for:
