• The salary for this position is the gross guaranteed wage according to function group E: € 3,804.80 per 4-week period (based on 40 hours).

• In addition, you can count on a performance bonus per period, depending on your work experience.

• On top of your salary comes a fixed amount for the Sustainable Employability Budget for things that contribute to staying healthy and motivated (4.51% according to the Bouw & Infra collective labor agreement).

• 48 leave days per year according to the Bouw & Infra collective labor agreement. The value of 18 of these days is deposited into the Time Savings Fund.

The activities are in the region of Zuid-Holland, Zeeland, and the western part of Noord-Brabant.

As a multifunctional asphalt worker, you are part of the asphalt crew and deployable in multiple roles. You are the link that one moment operates the roller with precision and craftsmanship. The next moment, you are positioned as a screed operator or, as a paving machine operator or asphalt finisher, you ensure a perfect execution of the project. Plenty of variety!

Almost every day you are at a different location, you always work outdoors, and you are regularly active at night and on weekends. Together with a driven team, you are involved in projects within and outside of cities, but also on construction sites and for private individuals.

• You have a healthy dose of enthusiasm to achieve successes together with the asphalt crew.

• You are willing to travel in the region of Zuid-Holland, West-Brabant, and Zeeland.

• You are willing to work nights and weekends.

• You have gained experience as a screed operator.

• You have completed the mbo education to become a screed operator.

  In accordance with the Cao Bouw & Infra, a medical examination may be part of the application procedure. For this position, the examination is mandatory if you are starting work in construction and infra for the first time, or if you have not worked as an employee in construction and infra in the past 3 years AND an entry examination has not previously taken place for the same or a comparable position for which you are applying.
