Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer and do you want to work on complex management and maintenance contracts? At Dura Vermeer, you translate data and analyses into smart maintenance strategies and help clients ensure their buildings perform optimally. Then this is your chance!
As a Maintenance Engineer, you are the tactical link between strategy and execution. You ensure that maintenance is organized to be predictable, reliable, and cost-effective. By analyzing the performance of installations, developing maintenance concepts, and making risks transparent, you help our maintenance teams, users, and clients to make the right choices.
You do not work for the client, but with the client. Together, you ensure that management and maintenance demonstrably contribute to the objectives of the contract. In doing so, you translate data and analyses into concrete improvement measures and work continuously on optimizing the performance, reliability, and lifespan of buildings and installations.
In this role, you develop and optimize maintenance concepts, perform FMECA, RCA, and risk analyses, and draw up MJOPs and maintenance plans. You analyze fault, maintenance, and asset data, advise on maintenance strategies, and initiate improvement projects. Additionally, you standardize processes, safeguard laws, regulations, and contractual agreements, and monitor performance with KPIs and dashboards. In this, you work closely with clients, suppliers, and colleagues from various disciplines.
In short: a versatile role with impact, responsibility, and plenty of room to help build the further development of our services. Are you ready to take our management and maintenance contracts to a higher level with your expertise? Then we would love to meet you.
