Requirements

What we're looking for

You have at least 2+ years of work experience as a cost expert in earthworks, road, and hydraulic engineering.
You have demonstrable work experience in independently preparing cost estimates and advising on pricing matters.

Nice to have

You have MBO or HBO working and thinking levels, and preferably a completed education in Civil Engineering or similar.
Proactive attitude and a passion for integrated collaboration in dynamic project environments.
Enthusiastic with experience in road construction and basic knowledge of electrical engineering and mechanical engineering, and a willingness to work with various disciplines in tender teams.

What you'll get

The salary for this position is between €4,291.63 and €6,256.71 gross per month (based on 40 hours)*, excluding 8% holiday allowance. The exact salary depends on your knowledge, level, and work experience.
In addition to salary, there is a fixed amount for the Sustainable Employability Budget for things that contribute to staying healthy and motivated (2.3% according to the Bouw & Infra collective labor agreement).
With an eye on a long-term relationship, we offer you an indefinite contract immediately.

The role

What you'll do

Within our team, you are responsible for preparing cost calculations, focusing on earthworks and road construction within large-scale multidisciplinary tenders in the field of asset management and management & maintenance. You play an important role in advising on cost trade-offs within design choices for projects with a maintenance component.

With a proactive and result-oriented attitude, you identify opportunities and manage risks, carefully aligning budgets with collaborative partners. Additionally, you maintain intensive contact with subcontractors and remain closely involved in ongoing projects and contracts. In this way, you continuously build upon your knowledge and expertise in the field of asset management and the management and maintenance of infrastructural assets.
