Infrastructure Estimator

You will be part of a small, close-knit team in which there is a need for knowledge and expertise in the field of calculation and estimation. You will create cost estimates and variant analyses that are technically and practically substantiated. By being sharp and working closely with the tender team and all involved disciplines within our company, you help us win tenders and secure new assignments. That is meaningful work that makes a difference! We promote mobility and livability at a regional level.

We challenge each other by asking critical questions. This helps us support calculations thoroughly and always search for the most suitable proposal. In doing so, we do not only look at the price but also take risks, availability, and delivery times into account. By regularly visiting projects, you will gain good insight into the subject matter and maintain a connection with the execution.

A selection of your duties

• Preparing and monitoring cost estimates for new construction, renovation, and maintenance projects

• Substantiating variants and optimizations

• Actively contributing to tenders and procurement processes

• Responding to market developments and trends in, among other things, sustainability and safety.

• At least 5 years of experience as a calculator/estimator or cost expert in road construction

• You are well able to substantiate your calculations

• You are independent and will not shy away from substantive discussions.

• You follow the technical developments in your field and think about the opportunities and risks that these entail

• Attractive salary appropriate to your knowledge and experience; (Salary from € 5,000.- to € 7,200 gross per 4 weeks (€ 5,400.- to 7,800.- gross per month) based on full-time employment);

• In addition to your salary, you receive a fixed amount for sustainable employability, which contributes to staying healthy (2.3% according to the Bouw & Infra collective labor agreement);

• 43 days off according to the Bouw & Infra collective labor agreement. Of these days, 13 are paid out in your individual budget; you can choose to buy these days back;
