As an estimator at Van Mossel Autoschade in Rotterdam, you are the first point of contact for customers with damage to their vehicle. You welcome them, inspect the damage, discuss repair options, and ensure their wishes are correctly recorded. Subsequently, you create a detailed estimate in our system (Audatex/DeltaW), schedule the work, and maintain contact with insurance companies and suppliers. You play a crucial role in the repair process and ensure that the customer is helped quickly and professionally.
